NEW - A unique, fun-filled group hiking experience for your dog
We’re your dog’s new hiking buddies! Three days per week, we’ll pick your dog up for an on-leash adventure at one of Orange County’s beautiful dog-friendly parks or nature trails, along with 1-3 other doggie friends. Hikes are the perfect energy outlet for high-energy dogs for whom regular walks just don’t seem to cut it! They’re also a great way to occupy your pup while you’re away at work or busy working from home. Your dog will return home happy and well-exercised after a day on the trails with us.
Every hike provides your dog with:
- One hour at the hiking destination to enjoy the great outdoors
- A mental break to let your dog sniff, socialize, and just be a dog!
- On-leash social time with other friendly dogs
- Tons of mental enrichment (the secret to having a tired dog!)
- Lots of tasty treats to reinforce good behavior on the trail
- Included transportation to and from the hiking destination

Group Hike F.A.Q.
- Dogs must be over 1 year old and have proof of current vaccinations. Flea/tick prevention is strongly recommended.
- Dogs must be friendly with a variety of other dogs. If you’re unsure or your dog has a mixed (or unknown) history with other dogs, please contact us.
- Dogs also must be comfortable being crated and riding in the car.
- There are times where a certain dog just doesn’t mesh well with the personalities of the existing group. We apologize and appreciate your understanding if we are not able to accommodate your dog for this reason.
Many behavior problems can be suitably managed while on the trails. Please contact us to discuss if group walks might be a good fit for your particular dog.
First, schedule a Dog Walk Intro, a 15-minute meet & greet that lets us get to know you and your pup (and vice versa). Next, we’ll schedule a test hike with just one other dog. If all goes well, then we’ll bring your dog along with the main group on the next regular hiking day.
Because our walks are on-leash, dirt is usually minimal. However, if you are at all concerned about your dog tracking in dirt or muddying furniture while you’re away, we recommend planning a space for your dog to be put in after the hike, such as a crate, ex-pen, or laundry room, until you return. We are happy to wipe your dogs paws if you wish, and we routinely do our best to check for and remove ticks, burrs, or noticeable dirt at the end of your dog’s trip.
